Please do not upload photos that do not belong to you!
It may be tempting to add a photo you found on Google, but the individual who owns that photo may not want it stolen/used without their permission. The only exception to this is if you are uploading official company photos. Please state this in the notes, or on the image itself.
Use a white background such as a piece of printer paper. Lined paper is okay, too. You can use a different color background, but only as bonus photos.
You can use any doll part. Headcaps are a great choice!
Make sure the part is UNPAINTED. Headcaps are usually unpainted. You can even photograph the inside of the head cap if needed.
Line up the parts in rows. Up to four parts to a row.
Label each part with the company name and the company resin color underneath the company name. You can handwrite this information or use a photo editor to type it. Please also note the lighting type in the photo.

You may add a watermark to the photo. Just make sure your mark does not obscure the resin parts. Any harmful content will be edited out, or the database record could be deleted if that proves difficult.
*Please note that this is a public database. Everyone will be able to see your photos as well as potentially use them without permission for various purposes.
**By uploading your photos to the database, you are giving the Doll Finder permission to display them on this website. No compensation will be provided for uploading photos. Your username will be displayed with your photos.
Is this addition a request? If so, please select the reference number below. If not, skip this section.
If possible, use the selection above to add ALL companies. If the company you need is not listed, then and only then should you type it in manually.
If the companies aren't listed, then enter the company names, separated by a comma, in the above field.
List each resin color separated by a comma. Please use the official names the company uses for the resin colors. If possible, list the resins in the order they appear in the photos.
Multiple selections allowed.
Maximum file size is 1 MB (use TinyPNG to reduce size). Valid file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp
1 MB comes out to roughly 1200px by 1800px.
Please let us know the age of this resin and if any yellowing is present. Including the severity of the yellowing is also helpful. Please list the resins in order as they appear in the photos. You may also let other know who provided these photos on the last line of notes.
Please place each note on a new line.
Examples:
Fairyland Normal: Made in 2015, severe yellowing
Dollstown Peach: Made in 2023, no yellowing
